TASK DESCRIPTION: The Security Coordinator reports directly to the Deputy Site Manager and is responsible for developing and overseeing the KAF-18E/F Aircraft/System Program Protection Implementation Plan (PPIP) and Cyber Security. The individual reviews and submits all security related records and submissions of required US Government accounting reports/ Security CDRLs to the Deputy Site manager. The individual requires solid technical skills and experience for the receipt, custody, issue, safeguarding, accounting for and disposition of secure material. TASK REQUIREMENTS:1. Develop and oversee the KAF-18E/F Aircraft/System PPIP.2. Responsible for supporting the receipt, custody, issue, safeguarding, accounting for, and disposition of secure material.3. Assisting with shipping of secure parts and product material weighing up to 50 pounds.4. Utilize and update as required the existing Boeing PPIP Document Control Number Boeing-STL 2011A0016 under contract N00019-09-C-0019 addressing the requirements of the Program Protection Plan (PPP) for the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G Aircraft / Systems Program in the execution of this contract.5. Follow the PPIP in accordance with Secretary of the Navy Instruction (SECNAVINST) 5510.36A, Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5200.01 Vols. 1-4 and Secretary of the Navy Memorandum (SECNAV M)-5510.36.6. Provide a review of the PPIP at least semi-annually and update it as required, based on revised information provided by the Government, or because of changes in the KAI procedures. Upon completion of review, if no updates are required, the Contractor shall submit a letter stating that the currently approved PPIP addresses the requirements of the PPP for the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G Aircraft / Systems Program in the execution of all current tasks/delivery orders.7. Ensures that PPIP and Operational Security (OPSEC) unique training is performed at least annually for personnel with access to sensitive, technical, and Critical Program Information (CPI) / CC / CS / CT information. This training will be conducted in accordance with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5200.39, to include all Contractor developed PPIP requirements and emphasizing the changes in the latest version of the Contractors PPIP.8. Inspect and review all contract secure areas to ensure no breeches to security will occur.9. Adhere to COMSEC and OPSEC regulations/ MINIMUM PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS:1. Military hands-on experience of 10 years or more as Security or Intelligence Specialist working with sensitive information and parts, including adherence to COMSEC and OPSEC regulations.2. Associates Degree in a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; technical certifications or training; or work experience.3. A US Secret Security Clearance is required.
