Process Engineer Process Engineer Responsibilities Sustain high-volume manufacturing processes of MEMS products. Work on process development and integration for new products. Perform other duties as required Required Skills Education: Master's degree in Engineering or higher. Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong verbal communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Excellent team player with proven record of working across multiple projects and teams. Self-directed work ethic: timely, complete and accurate. Capability of managing multiple tasks at one time. Required Experience Minimum three (3) years of experience as a manufacturing engineer, equipment engineer or R&D engineer in the MEMS industry. Work experience at CMOS manufacturing lines is a plus. Hand-on experience with wafer fabrication processes, including at least two areas from the list of: oxidation / anneal, dry etching (thin films), photolithography, wet etching (thin films), silicon micromachining, electroplating, wafer bonding, vacuum deposition, wafer probing, wafer sawing, visual inspection. Ability to work in a clean room environment, including wearing required clean room attire and personal protection equipment. Familiarity with statistical process control. Strong data analysis skills. Familiarity with data analysis software is a plus. A working knowledge of layout editor is a plus. A working knowledge of MEMS sensors (piezoresistive, capacitive) is a plus. Knowledge of a typical product introduction documentation (PPAP / DFMEA / PFMEA) is a plus. Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C++, etc.) is a plus. Job Location Fremont, CA
