Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Marketer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing key relationships with referral sources, generating community awareness, and increasing resident admissions to our skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Relationship Building

• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources.
• Conduct regular site visits to referral partners and participate in community networking events.

Marketing & Outreach

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and facility census.
• Coordinate presentations and attend relevant conferences, health fairs, and community events to promote Linwood Meadows Care Center.

Admissions & Referral Coordination

• Collaborate with the admissions department to ensure a smooth, efficient admissions process for prospective residents.
• Follow up on inquiries and referrals, providing timely updates to internal teams and external partners.

Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Recommend strategies for service enhancement based on community needs and referral feedback.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, outreach initiatives, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of healthcare marketing, business development, or sales experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
• Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets and expanding market presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
