Senior Program Evaluator-Remote (Personal Services)
SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Quality Improvement and Accreditation (QIA) Division Director, the Senior Program Evaluator designs, directs, and monitors department-level evaluation programming to generate an accurate and informed depiction of the Public Health Department's efforts to improve individual and community health throughout Alameda County. A strong focus on program evaluation, in this position you will conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis and synthesizes findings to inform program performance activities that advance equity and lead to improved health outcomes. The the Senior Program Evaluator recommends policies that align with national standards, including Public Health Essential Services and Foundational Capabilities.
The salary range for this position is $89,086.40 to $119,392.00 annually depending on experience/qualifications.

Remote with occasional reporting to office in San Leandro, CA in a general office environment, temperature controlled.
