Senior Supply Chain Design Analyst (Finance)
Senior Supply Chain Design Analyst will be responsible for analyzing supply chain networks, identifying optimization opportunities, and developing data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and/or customer service, reduce costs and/or environmental impact, and enhance overall performance. The primary objective will be to optimize network through warehouse and/or plant location optimization, transportation routes, optimize inventory levels, and other supply chain elements to meet customer demands and drive competitive advantage. The successful candidate will possess strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of supply chain operations.

Experience-Education (Required):
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, industrial engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in supply chain design, operations research, or a similar analytical role. If Master's Degree then 3+ years experience required.
• Advanced modeling skills in Guru or similar network optimization tool.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in mathematical modeling techniques and advanced optimization software skills (e.g., Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, AIMMS, or similar tools).
• Deep understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management, transportation, warehousing, supply and demand planning.
• Knowledge of supply chain network design principles, including distribution strategies, facility location analysis, and transportation optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI. Familiarity with industry-standard supply chain and data management software systems, such as ERP, DW, TMS, etc.

Salary Range: $105,040 - $157,560
