Job Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy interventions to help patients improve strength, mobility, and daily living skills
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Document all evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best outcomes for patients
- Adhere to all Orchard View Post Acute policies and state regulations
Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist license
