Summary:
Assist both internal and external customers with product information and order fulfillment.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Communication Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. May need to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MAPICS or other order processing software, Outlook, Internet, and Microsoft Word or other word processing software along with basic keyboarding skills.

Responsible for safety and cleanliness of own area. Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are required in some areas.
