Process Architect (Project Management)

The Team

We are seeking a Process Architect to join American Tower's Shared Services team. The multifunctional Shared Services team delivers process optimization and technology solution designs, manages data, and reports on analytics for all teams within the Company's U.S. Tower division's Operations department. Day to day you will drive complex, cross-functional business processes and support the design and implementation of IT projects that support operational initiatives. You will be responsible for “big picture thinking” encompassing scalable business processes, business architecture, business applications, and available technology options from the perspective of the business. As Process Architect, you will partner cross-functionally to organize, lead, and execute project and program objectives.
