Schedule: Rotating weekends and rotating holidays. Off every Tuesday and Wednesday. Shift is 10A to 6P. Summary The primary purpose of this position is to prepare food for the residents of the program and assist the Kitchen Supervisor or Lead Cook with suggestions on new menu items and equipment needs. All activities must support the Firetree, Ltd. mission, strategic goals, and objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. Other responsibilities, duties and skills may be required and assigned, as needed. Prepares and serves meals according to the set menu.Maintains the kitchen area in a sanitary and safe condition while on duty.Follows food preparation lists as given by the Kitchen Supervisor.Supervises residents assigned to kitchen detail during the shift worked.Perform other duties as needed to assist in the operations of the food service area. #IND123
