Program Manager 2 - Global Program (Finance)
MQ:
Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.
Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience. Certification/Licensing: None.
Department is willing to accept to education in lieu of experience and experience in lieu of education.
Additional job duties may include:
- Advises enrolled and prospective students regarding academic programs and curriculums.
- Analyzes and processes degree plans, graduation applications, grade change forms, and general petitions.
- Recruit students for the graduate programs.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned to assist the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies.
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Master's degree in hospitality management, business or a related field
2) Academic advising experience at the graduate level
3) Advising international students
4) Strong written and verbal communication skills
5) International education experience (e.g., study abroad, exchange, international student admission process)
