Education and Training Manager (Education)
The Education & Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs for both internal employees and external customers. This role ensures training programs align with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements while enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and overall customer success. The manager oversees both in-person and virtual training, maintains compliance with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory agencies, monitors customer satisfaction, and ensures a consistently positive Stago training experience. Additionally, this role manages a team of training specialists, oversees budget control, and uses data analysis to drive training improvements.
