About the Role:
The Director of Business Partners/Employee Relations will lead the BP/ER team, ensuring it serves as a strategic, consultative partner for departments across the Bank in achieving business plans and objectives and that it provides best people practices. This role operates as a collaborative partner that builds and leverages cross-functional relationships to bring together information, ideas, and industry analysis, demonstrating a deep understanding of integrating the People & Culture (P&C) strategy with overall Bank objectives and business area priorities. Success means ensuring the BP/ER team establishes and maintains effective relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels in the Bank that enable the achievement of the Bank and P&C strategic priorities and align with the Bank's values.

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
