Life Enrichment Director (Education)

The Life Enrichment Directors role is responsible for organizing, promoting, implementing and evaluating individualized life enrichment programming (one to one, small group and large group basis) to maximize clients' independence and consider the needs and interests of individual clients. Completes documentation including person centered care plans, progress notes and activity participation. This role involves developing programs that meet the diverse needs and interests of residents, fostering a sense of community, and improving their overall quality of life.
