Role Summary
At T. Rowe Price, Asset Class Product Management (ACPM) teams lead efforts to develop and manage investment strategies across asset classes and globally to sustainably grow our business. The ACPM teams work closely with Investments, Global Distribution and other teams in Global Product, such as the Regional Product Management teams.
As a member of the ACPM teams, the Asset Class Program Manager will lead complex product management and product development initiatives. Most of these efforts will involve creating a structured approach to solving product development or product management initiatives and working effectively with subject matter experts from various functions across the organization. Specific initiatives may include leadership and/or support of product changes, enhancements, strategy and vehicle launches and closures across asset classes, as well as other firm initiatives. This position emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and project management skills. The role will be responsible for creating a consistent, repeatable process across the ACPM teams and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The role is responsible for project/program management activities, including structuring and evolving workplans, contingency/dependency tracking, status reporting, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, and internal and external stakeholder management.

Work Flexibility

Base salary ranges:
$146,000.00 - $248,000.00 for the location of: California, New YorkPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
