Role Responsibilities
This position will report to the Vice President, North America Strategy with significant exposure to the North America Leadership Team. The North American Portfolio Strategy team tackles the NA organization's highest-priority portfolio and marketing strategic initiatives, identifies continued near and long-term growth opportunities, and helps shape the NA portfolio strategy. Projects range from assessing emerging growth opportunities to portfolio strategy to long-term strategic planning inclusive of the following responsibilities:
• Lead and shape major portfolio and marketing strategic initiatives, including category growth strategies, organizational marketing capability improvement, and cross-functional implementation efforts
o Test hypotheses through analytical rigor, collaborating cross-functionally across the company to ensure inclusion and integrity
• Help drive annual strategic planning and integrated business planning processes
o Identify key portfolio opportunities and risks
o Conduct financial and commercial assessments of various growth options
• Develop and deliver data-driven insights for delivery to executive teams
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Work effectively in a team environment, both within the Strategy team, North America Marketing team, and with business unit partners/stakeholders throughout the organization
