Medical Receptionist - Call Center (Administrative)
Job Duties:
Greet patients/customers in a polite, prompt, helpful manner.Assist patients or customers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation requestsAdheres to established scheduling protocols and procedures.Obtain accurate and up to date demographic information.Instruct patient of appointment expectations. General office duties such as answering the telephone, taking messages, scanning, copying, and faxing. Reviews all incoming correspondence and referrals and routes appropriately. Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and organized manner.Follow HIPAA regulations, Joint Commission standards, other regulatory and compliance rules and regulations, and hospital policies and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle large call volumes while maintaining a polite and positive attitude.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy
