Call Center Representative (Administrative)
OBJECTIVE
In a positive, cheerful and professional manner, answer incoming calls for all PCLI locations assisting patients as needed.
REPORTS TO
Systems Manager
STATUS
Full-time (40 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Work hours for this position vary based on location, patient schedules and clinic needs.
