- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years work experience; or six month continuous manufacturing experience.

- 1 years of lab experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must have a desire to learn and collaborate in a manufacturing environment.
This weekend crew position is located in our Research and Development Operation. Key responsibilities will include:
- Physical testing sample preparation.
- Performing physical test analyses such as particle size, modulus of rupture, viscosity, ash, creep and thermal expansion.
- Other duties as assigned.
