ERM is seeking a motivated Consulting Associates (Entry Level), who is interested in supporting on a variety of projects covering the full spectrum of ERM's services, as part of our growing team in the Western region of the United States.
We are seeking an organized, hands-on professional with self-initiative, positive team attitude, attention to detail and technical quality to support our local staff. This is an excellent career opportunity to work with expert consulting teams on challenging environmental projects for large industrial and global clients. For the Consulting Associate position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $66,560 – $70,600 USD. An employee's pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where compensation may be outside of the range, based on the factors noted above. This job is also eligible for an annual discretionary based performance bonus.
