Project Coordinator (Project Management)
Responsible for supporting the project management team in all phases of the project life cycle. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, the project coordinator may be involved in activities such as creating project plans and schedules, coordinating resources and stakeholders, tracking progress and performance, identifying and resolving risks and issues, communicating with team members and clients, enforcing quality standards and best practices, and facilitating change management and documentation. The coordinator also assists the project management office in general administrative tasks such as purchase order creation, contract approvals, invoice payments and vendor management.
