NSE System Specialist (Finance)

Position Title : NSE System Specialist

Reports To: Marine Asset Manager

Schedule : Monday through Friday business hours.

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL

Position Supervised : None

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Experience: Marine and or mechanical background is desired but not required.

Data entry experience or experience with manipulating large datasets.

Languages: English

Traits: Detail oriented, ability to research and collect data, willingness to learn, communication skills, self-motivation, problem solver, and team player.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills/Software

• Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); NSE Nautical Systems Enterprise preferred but not required.
• MS Office applications with high proficiency in Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support NSE System data entry.
• Field change requests within the CMMS based on end user and vessel management feedback
• Collaborate witrh both internal adn subcontractor for large system changes
• Requires ability to within excel for extended periods of time to format data sets for upload
• Ability to test data loads to ensure successful uploads
• verifying and validating system data
• updating existing records
• performin data cleanup and satndarization
