Lead the implementation of a modern ERP platform, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation, selection, implementation to post-deployment.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.Coordinate with SaaS vendors, third-party implementers, and internal teams to meet project objectives and deliverables.Track and report on key project metrics, including milestones, testing outcomes, and deployment success.Prepare and deliver progress reports and budget updates to the steering committee and executive stakeholders.Collaborate with an OCM vendor on change strategies, communication plans, and training delivery to support adoption.Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to align business needs with ERP system functionality.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project impact and ensure timely delivery.Oversee resource allocation and manage competing priorities across related projects.Establish and refine project management tools, templates, and practices to improve organizational project delivery.Support impact analysis and change readiness assessments, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing clear updates on schedules, risks, and required actions.
