Program Manager (Project Management)
Position Responsibilites:
Lead the development and revision of organizational policies to align with changing legislative requirements Collaborate with government officials to advocate for organizational interests during legislative and policy formulation processes Conduct thorough research on evolving legislative frameworks, providing strategic insights to guide compliance initiatives and policy development Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and recommend modifications based on legislative changes Work with cross-functional teams to shape policies that meet regulatory standards and support organizational goals Position activities include program planning and evaluations related to various healthcare programs and projects. Program Analysis Strategic Planning Event Planning Congressional Affairs Metrics Financial Management Systems Risk Management
Gather, track, and analyze data relevant to the legislations implementation. Prepare reports and dashboards to update leadership on key performance metrics, timelines, and program efficacy. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, departments, and legislative bodies, to ensure alignment and address challenges related to legislative mandates. Assist with project planning, timeline tracking, and budget monitoring for projects linked to legislative implementation. Ensure that milestones are met promptly and escalate issues when necessary. Conduct research and analysis on policies, regulations, and legislative trends that could impact program operations. Provide insights and briefings on the evolving policy landscape to inform decision-making. Support efforts to enhance internal processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of program implementation, using data-driven methodologies. Preparing presentations, briefings, and other communication materials to effectively convey progress to executive leadership and legislative stakeholders.
