What will your job look like?
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Data Analytics Officer (CDAO) with at least 15 years of progressive experience in data engineering, advanced analytics, data governance, and executive-level leadership. The CDAO will develop and execute MTM's data and analytics strategy, transforming data into a strategic asset to drive top-line growth, cost-saving efficiencies, and improved business outcomes. This role is pivotal in advancing data engineering, data governance, reporting and analytics, and AI capabilities within a dynamic non-emergent medical transportation business. The CDAO will establish and enforce robust data governance practices, ensuring accurate data collection to guarantee encounter acceptance by health plans for every MTM trip. Additionally, the CDAO will oversee the existing EDI team, ensuring seamless data exchange and reporting. Deep expertise in healthcare and managing large-scale data ecosystems is essential.
