User Experience (UX) Designer, Sr. (Finance)
Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer, Sr. who will participate and assist in designing compelling user experiences through interactions and visual designs for marketing, sales support, and Medical Education applications and others within the responsibility of the Marketing Department. This role will create features from concept to design comp and then see them through the development process. Main Objective:
Participate and assist in designing compelling user experiences through interactions and visual designs for marketing, sales support, and Medical Education applications and others within the responsibility of the Marketing Department. This role will create features from concept to design comp and then see them through the development process.

May coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
Knowledge:
Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards for UX design. Full knowledge of industry practices.
Problem Solving:
Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies.
Discretion/Latitude:
Work is performed under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
Impact:
Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization. May be responsible for large size projects.
Liaison:
Represents organization as a prime contact on projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
