Fixed Income & Bank Debt, Middle Office Asset Servicing, Hedge Fund Services
Summary:
Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services is a rapidly expanding global fund administrator specializing in administering assets of complex hedge funds, private equity funds, pensions, insurance companies, CLOs and other asset managers. The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to function as an effective and strategic team member in a dynamic, fast-paced and demanding environment. This position will be responsible for leading the operational support of our client's Private Credit assets. The functions include syndicated and private bank loan trade management and trade closing, lifecycle event processing, compliance and waterfall reporting and cash, position and PNL reconciliations. The candidate is expected to deliver excellent client service daily by way of operational process execution, in depth and current market and product knowledge, technical aptitude and professional communication.

Salary Range:
$114,700 - 194,900 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
