CFO Services Solution Strategy and Growth Lead (Finance)
The CFO Services Strategy and Growth Lead (SGL) is instrumental in driving market success for the CFO practice. The CFO SGL works with the CFO Lead to drive the strategic vision for the practice. These activities include but are not limited to market/business development, implementing financial strategy and modeling, thought leadership, talent management, communications, coordination and collaboration with other Business units outside of the CFO practice. Given its nascent position, there will be a significant focus on market presence (internal to A&M and external), solution build out and prioritization, talent acquisition (organic and inorganic), and team growth and development. Below is the breadth of activities; however, not all job responsibilities will run concurrently.

SGLs are eligible to receive additional compensation for originating a new client and or selling credit on new engagements and/or the extension of an engagement
Qualifications
The salary range for Director is $150,000 - $170,000 annually and Senior Director is $195,000 - $210,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
