We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, will be proficient in using Adobe Workfront to track progress, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Manage cross-functional projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and closeout. • Use Adobe Workfront to track progress, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders. • Ensures all assigned tasks and/or projects are delivered on time, monitors day-to-day project progress, ensures resource availability and allocation, handles/escalates any issues that may arise, and delivers projects on time and within budget and scope (minimizing scope creep) • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize project delays and budget overruns. • Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and consultants, to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. • Optimize project processes and procedures. • Stay up to date on project management best practices. • Other duties as assigned.
