As a CMM Programmer you will be responsible for running pre-existing programs, creating new part programs, ready blue prints. interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances and inspect product on open set up.

What will you do?
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings to determine conformance to blue print, or electronic file requirements.
Interpret geometrically dimensioned and tolerance engineering drawings.
Perform First Article Inspection Reports using AS9102 Forms as required.
Work from and with dimensional inspection measurement equipment such as surface plate, sine plates, height gages, radii gages, calipers, micrometers and other assorted hand measurement equipment.

What will you need to be successful?
High school diploma or GED
Utilization of both CMM and hand equipment to preform dimensional inspection techniques
Ability to read blue prints in order to determine and measure features and tolerances
Interpret reduced dimension drawings
Program using electronic model
Surface Plate Inspection using standard inspection tools
Bilingual Spanish a plus
