Financial Inclusion & CDFI Programs Coordinator (Project Management)
Summary
Utilizes program/project management skills with a social services lens to administer the organization's CDFI certification and related programming. Works closely with key Financial Wellness team members as the point person for maintaining processes around data collection and reporting needed to support Rivermark's ongoing CDFI re-certification process and grant compliance. Leads the program coordination process associated with successful CDFI grants as well as other philanthropically funded community projects, including the people, products, timelines, and metrics that make for a successful grant. Identifies new programing opportunities that will positively impact the CDFI Target Market by working with internal departments and community organizations. Works as Rivermark's Certified Acceptance Agent to assist migrant populations in gaining access to financial services through facilitating the ITIN application process.

Requirements - Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Education, certifications, or other applicable credentialing in project/program management preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years experience working within a project/program management or other data administration role required. Grant writing experience preferred. Fluency in Spanish required.
