We are hiring a Sr. Program Marketing Specialist to be part of our expanding US Customer Education and Programs team as we continue to develop and execute customer education for Interventional Cardiologists and Cath Lab staff to support them as they adopt Cathworks FFRangio technology in their labs. A DAY IN THE LIFE:
• Manage execution of the newly launched FFRangio Champions program for Cath Lab Staff super users.
• Manage execution of the established CathWorks National Broadcast Speaker Programs.
• Develop and execute a webinar series to educate Physicians and their Cath Lab staff on the CathWorks FFRangio system, optimized workflow and case reviews.
• Support field sales reps and clinical specialists on execution of programmatic offerings.
• Liaise with HCP faculty to ensure on-label messaging and coordination of event.
• Responsible for compliance and documentation for programs.
• Project manage and gain approvals for associated content and materials required to support customer education and programs. • Work with internal partners to develop promotional items.
• Collaborate with HCP faculty and internal stakeholders to develop topic specific content and webinars to support current educational needs.
• Build strong understanding of existing barriers to adoption of CathWorks FFRangio technology and becoming independent with the system, to determine what customer education and new programs (or evolutions) are needed to support acceleration.
• Travel required to support Programs, Conferences, POA Meetings, Rep Training
. • Ability to travel as needed, up to 35% of the time.
Minimum: • Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Education role in a medical device or healthcare industry (3+ years with Advanced Degree)
Preferred: • Understanding of Cardiac Cath Lab and physiology
• Masters or other Advanced Degree • Content Development experience for HCPs
• US marketing experience in complex matrix business structure • Ability to synthesize clinical data and technical information
• Previous experience interacting with internal teams, sales force, senior management and customers
• Digital Marketing experience
• Presentation skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$90,400.00 - $135,600.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
