Executive Assistant/Business Analyst (Administrative)
Qualifications, Experience and Profile:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar qualification.Five years experience in a similar position with responsibilities to prepare presentations.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to prepare minutes, action plans, collate and circulate documents in a timely manner.The ability to complete administrative duties timely and accurately with minimum supervision; strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Successful experience in a position requiring trust and handling confidential material.Comfort and experience interacting with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team.Self-motivated, outstanding work ethic and tenacious.An eye for detail and aesthetics.Highly organized with penchant for meeting deadlines and business promises and obligations.This is an in-person position based in our offices of Cleveland, Tennessee.
