Operations Analyst-Research (Finance)

The Operations Analyst is a key member of the Biomedical Research Informatics Center (BRIC) team. This role reports to the Manager, Research Data and Analytics and works closely with the Research Career Development, Mentoring, and Education Program.

We are seeking a candidate with strong technical skills who can:

• Provide application support
• Enhance operational processes
• Develop administrative dashboards

The Analyst will act as a liaison between departments, faculty, software applications, Information Systems, and other internal and external systems. This role includes evaluating software and applications, as well as supporting data management and reporting needs. Additional responsibilities may include handling ad hoc projects and reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of two years experience as a Reporting Analyst or providing relevant ERP application support is required.
• Experience with one or more Enterprise Resource Planning systems is required; Oracle is preferred.
• Basic SQL or database experience is required.
