- Bachelor's Degree business, education or related field plus 2 years related divisional experience; or combination of relevant education and experience
- Any experience directing and participating on project teams and committees
- Any jewelry and/or store operations related experience
- Any knowledge of Fred Meyer Jewelers policies, procedures, and organizational structure
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
- Familiarity with retail industry terms and processes
- Ability to creatively and alertly find new avenues of approaching tasks
- Ability to work within strict time frames/resolute deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful with systems and information available
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and peers
- Ability to lead operations team in the absence of the immediate supervisor

- Any jewelry related experience
- Thorough knowledge of technology used in the stores- Act in a supporting role for stores, following up on the procedures and execution for both Fred Meyer Jewelers and Fred Meyer Stores
- Assist with administration of company policies and procedures
- Provide timely coaching, guidance, and feedback to help others excel on the job, meet key accountabilities, and strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem
- Maintain open communication with all divisions departments including merchandising, distribution and operations personnel
- Respond to internal and external customer questions and concerns, including researching specific transactions
- Manage and process jewelry credit promotion requests, including researching missing information, payments, adjustments, and bankruptcy notifications
- Manage all credit related paperwork, incoming/outgoing correspondence, and credit file maintenance for stores
- Participate in appropriate user group meetings to maintain awareness of changing business needs
