Director Of Operations (Security)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple ENT and Allergy clinics, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance clinic efficiency and patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage clinic budgets, resources, and expenses, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
- Supervise and support clinic managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with medical providers to optimize clinical processes, patient scheduling, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including healthcare laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote clinic services and programs to the community.
- Lead initiatives for quality improvement, risk management, and patient safety.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other clinic technologies.
- Plan and execute clinic expansion projects, including opening new locations and upgrading facilities.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, insurance companies, and healthcare organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multi-site medical practices, preferably in ENT and Allergy specialties.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret operational metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with standard office hours, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Work in an office and clinical environment, with some travel required to various clinic locations.
- Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods, using office equipment, and occasional lifting of office supplies.
