Phone Receptionist (Administrative)



OBJECTIVE

This position is essential to the smooth flow of patients through the clinic. The position includes handling telephones, greeting patients, and assisting in collection of payments for services, general office work. This person should be a flexible, cooperative and versatile member of the staff and a pleasant part of the entire patient experience at PCLI.

Site Manager

STATUS

3/4 time (30-39 hours per week)

SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. 

*Schedule may vary according to patient schedule and clinic needs

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • General office skills: telephone, filing, 10-key, good keyboarding, comfortable with Microsoft Office programs
  • Good communication skills - written and spoken.
  • Good organizational skills, detail oriented
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Pleasant, cooperative disposition
  • Good driving record with driving record and background check upon job offer

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

  • Acute hearing for telephones
  • Good visual acuity for computer work
  • Good mobility
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
