Job Summary
The Training & Development Specialist is a remote role responsible for developing and delivering engaging training content across multiple formats to support internal teams and market operations. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, with the flexibility to quickly learn, adapt, and apply solutions to meet evolving organizational needs. Salesforce CRM experience is highly desired for this role. It emphasizes proficiency over perfection, valuing agility in creating and executing training programs across multiple projects. The role will require up to 50% travel.
