Process Engineer/ Engineering Process and Transformation (Finance)
HOW ILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing e engineering operational processes to improve efficiency and quality. You will also manage the product lifecycle process, including design, development, testing, and production.
What Will You Do?-
Drive comprehensive process analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive appropriate changes to structures, process, and tools. Maintain thorough documentation and leverage or build business metrics to drive data-informed decisions and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Lead the initiation and execution of new and existing projects, focusing on optimizing cost, efficiency, and quality. Simplify and optimize processes in accordance with established standards and guidelines, while resolving complex system issues or technical deficiencies.
Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to set project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules to meet deadlines.
Define, monitor, and analyze business process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance process performance.
Work independently with internal and external teams to successfully manage challenging projects. Projects may span organizations or geographies in support of business objectives.
Apply and support Lean Manufacturing principles
Provide functional and technical mentoring to process technicians and other process engineers
Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
How will you get there?-
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related area of study is required
Experience:
Minimum of 8+ years' of relevant work experience is required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to drive change and adoption of new processes across the organization
Comfortable delivery of communications to a wide audience, including Executives and stakeholders
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Familiarity within a cloud infrastructure
Knowledge of how back-office tools operate
Comfortable working in a multi-cultural global teams
Ability to travel up to 15% both domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
10+ years in Electronics Industry is a plus
Experience in Program or Product Management
Global Work environment experience is preferred
Salary/Annual: $127, 300/ $178, 200/ $229, 00
Target Bonus annually: 20%
