Loan Processor (Administrative)
This part-time position (20 hours per week) will be based in Zumbrota, with the possibility of some remote hours. The starting pay range for this position is $20.25-$23.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail, in an environment where one minor missed item can harm a participants ability to purchase a home. Current, valid drivers license in good standing as defined by agency insurance company, unless explicitly approved otherwise by supervisor. Current, valid personal automobile insurance, unless explicitly approved otherwise by supervisor. Ability to pass required background study, as defined by position. Lived experience as applicable to the position. Knowledge of and experience working with Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA)s Rehabilitation Loan Program, Emergency Loan Program, Impact Fund program, or equivalent. Knowledge of real estate transactions, including mortgages, loan closings, and title and recording procedures. Experience in residential mortgage loan processing and/or underwriting preferred. Ability to work with the public, articulate ideas, and work with diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. Bilingual skills (spoken and written Somali/English or Spanish/English) preferred but not required High School diploma or equivalent Minimum Associates degree (or work equivalent) Extensive experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
