Job Summary Responsible for overseeing operations in Howmet Fastening System's newly created state-of-the-art aerospace coatings business in Tucson, AZ. This includes responsibility for all activities and personnel on first, second, third and weekend shifts. Monitors plant operations to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes. Promotes a safe and environmentally compliant workplace. Identifies and corrects operational deviations. Acts as a resource to hourly Team Leaders, Production Technicians, and management. Leads by example, demonstrating a firm commitment to employee involvement, participative leadership, and continuous improvement.
