Job Description
The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the retail division by partnering with the retail leadership team in the office and in the field. The Operations Coordinator acts as the liaison between the corporate office and the stores to ensure that stores have all of the information, training and procedures that they need to be successful.
• Collaborate with various retail team members to create, review and publish accurate and timely store communication for the retail fleet.
• Maintain the Retail SharePoint information site for both the U.S. and Canadian stores.
• Manage the Secret Shopper Program & Customer Service Program for the stores providing reporting for Area and District Managers to act on.
• Acts as a liaison to the stores to get/ provide them with accurate information that they need on a timely basis to run their business effectively.
• Maintains, updates, and distributes all Store Policies & Procedures.
• Create, run, and distribute sales/KPI reports to both our internal and field teams.
• Establish store sales goals and annual targets.
• Approve store utility/service invoices.
• Work with Manager of Store Operations and VP of Retail to create customer experience process. improvements, including labor and payroll management.
• Maintain/update training program information and admin of the online training portal.
• Own operational projects and initiatives.
