IBM Partner Relationship Manager (Finance)

The Arcadis EAM solution reshapes the resilience of transportation networks to withstand unexpected change and pave the way for growth. Our asset maintenance and operations support solution sits on top of IBM Maximo Asset Management Suite, helping our clients enhance operational performance and keeping on track with operations optimization and asset maintenance. The solution comprises a set of out-of-the-box desktop and mobile functionality, together with our systematic implementation and support approach, informed by our industry and digital experts.
Role accountabilities:
IBM Business Partner Relationship Manager is critical to maintaining and expanding our relationship with IBM and our clients, focused on the enablement of our marketing and sales for our EAM solution. We are looking for someone who:
- Has in-depth domain, product, solutions and/or technical product expertise covering IBM's Maximo Asset Management Suite.
- Can navigate the IBM eco-system and its partners, to ensure Arcadis are availing themselves to all the benefits of their Partner program and, to align our other solutions such as our Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) solutions to their Marketplace as a unique and complimentary offering to Maximo.
- Will manage the IBM relationship as a valued Eco-System partner, drawing on technical and commercial expertise from across our business, ensuring we are aligned to IBM's new developments and programs.
- Can engage with internal and external teams across the EAM sales and delivery cycle including, product development, sales and delivery teams.
- Will build and maintain deep relationships across our sales channels including IBM and our customers.
- Understand and can identify business and technical requirements relative to the application of Arcadis' EAM product.
- Can help Arcadis innovate its solutions as well as to bring our partners, including IBM, to new opportunities
Qualifications & Experience:
This role is accountable for developing and maturing our relationship with our key partner IBM, securing a high performing collaboration as measured by improved opportunity identification, order intake and market reputation in relation to our EAM digital solutions.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to show a minimum of 7 years' experience working in client or partner relationship management, preferably in the asset management space including 5 years in digital asset management.
- A detailed understanding and experience with IBM's Maximo Asset Management Suite. Version Day Month and Year 2
- An ability to build strong relations with external partners, clients and our internal development, delivery and sales teams. Further required competencies and experiences
- Strong analytics skills to identify patterns and trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Strong communications skills in written, verbal, power point, and excel.
- Knowledge and experience working for an engineering consultancy or professional services organisation is desired, but not essential. For this role Arcadis values professional experience across the following priority areas:

- Data and technology: Adopting data-driven decision making, leveraging data to create and demonstrate value. Tech savvy and comfortable and curious about technologies.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $113,933 - $222,739. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
