Operations Engineering Manager (Project Management)

The Operations Engineering Manager will be responsible for engineering supervision, guidance, and support. The primary focus will be field operations and engineering support including well design, drilling, completions, intervention, and operations. The position will be remotely based. Travel required for field supervision, employee mentoring, and operational support functions commensurate with operational activity levels.

The Operations Engineering Manager will supervise third party contractors for both technical and field tasks. The Operations Engineering Manager will have primary responsibility for team development, goal setting, and career progression.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 USD annually, with a grade level of G15, and a target performance incentive of 11% of the annual salary. This salary range is Projeo's good faith estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, Projeo's business or organizational needs and an individual's relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the annual salary, grade levels, and bonus. The range listed is just one component of Projeo's total compensation package for employees.
