Job Description
Responsible for designing, developing and operationalizing Ent's new Business Development function, this individual leads a team that builds and cultivates new member/deposit group sales and onboarding opportunities with workplaces and organizations for the credit union, with an emphasis on new geographic market areas to fuel Ent's growth plan. The role is accountable for using data and market trends to identify and develop new business, while partnering to create outreach, lead capture and development support programs and providing a centralized view for organization-wide business development activities and practices. Primary focus is on Business-to-Business (B2B), identifying and developing relationships with high-potential community organizations and businesses in order to secure opportunities to engage with their employees and offer free financial education to support Ent's mission and earn opportunities to introduce products to support their needs.. Another key emphasis includes Business-to-Consumer (B2C) support, representing Ent at employer and community events, driving in-person interactions to build brand awareness and consideration The team closely collaborates with Financial Education, Marketing and Business Unit Sales teams on strategy and execution to provide value to organizations and their employees. Maintain and increase working relationships with various business units and functions (Marketing, Financial Education, Sales, ECommerce, Compliance, Procedures, Operations, Risk Management, Information Technology, etc.) in order to manage projects and organize business development initiatives. This position provides strategic oversight and direction for all activities associated with leveraging Service Center relationships with Workplace Partner participants and community residents, in an effort to increase operating revenue for the Credit Union. The Marketing Department provides leadership, advice and support to company and center goals. It does this by introducing disciplined marketing leadership to the planning process, strategic marketing counsel to the product level business development function and providing tactical marketing support to Ent Senior Management, Ent product and service areas, center operations and support areas. Marketing conducts or administers research, develops annual marketing plans, and more specifically plans, executes and evaluates marketing programs and promotions in support of credit union objectives. In a market-driven communications environment, Marketing is the steward of the Ent brand, being the primary communicators of brand impact.

The pay range for this position is: $126,131 to $143,956 per Year (S18)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
