Customs & Trade Analyst (Finance)
General understanding of U.S. Customs valuation rules, ability to ensure proper classification and origin determination for all imported and exported goods. Ability to apply working knowledge and experience of import/export regulations and requirements to support business needs. Maintain a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and interpret requirements for compliance as they relate to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) of the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
PLEASE NOTE: This role is not a data analytics position. Customs compliance positions require knowledge related to laws and regulations governing the import and export of goods, ensuring accurate declarations, and proper classification.
These tasks and key responsibilities are essential for ensuring compliance with Section 232 tariffs and managing the complexities of international trade effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade, tariff regulations, and supply chain management. This position reports directly to the Trade & Customs Ops Manager in Franklin, TN.
