Accounting Office Intern (Finance)

Cornell Pump is seeking an Accounting Office Intern for our Clackamas OR location, onsite Monday - Friday. The hourly pay rate is $17 per hour.

What you'll do:

• Dive into EPICOR's configuration and transaction flows, documenting each step involved in handling material variances, especially within the context of RMA and MRB actions
  
• Examine how transactions are recorded, mapped, and reconciled within EPICOR, ensuring that the transactions accurately reflect real-world scenarios and adhere to accounting standards
  
• Compile detailed documentation covering all relevant aspects of EPICOR that intersect with the parent companies IC project by reviewing process flows, system configurations, and any other pertinent information that auditors may require to assess internal controls effectively.
  
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness in the documentation.
  
• Regular reviews and updates will be scheduled to keep the documentation current and aligned with any changes or updates in EPICOR or parent companies IC project requirements.
