User Research Intern, Summer 2025 (Finance)

Our UX department is currently seeking enthusiastic User Research students to participate in our summer internship program, running from mid-May to mid-August; 12 weeks, full-time. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong interest in contributing to a highly collaborative team environment, is a self-starter and is eager to learn.
As an intern at CHG, you'll work side-by-side with top researchers in the healthcare staffing industry. You'll be embedded with a team of designers, product managers, and cross functional partners across the organization and be tasked with delivering rich insights to aid with decision making.
This is an opportunity to be hands developing skills and expertise in planning and executing research studies, collaborating with cross functional teams and generating insights to maximize impact.
You will also be assigned a mentor who will be available for questions and guidance in completing assigned projects.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay of $20.00/hour
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
