What we're offering:
- Full-time Premium Billing Supervisor position in Oklahoma City, OK
- Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) work schedule

What you'll do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Premium Billing Department, utilize staff to maximize efficiency within the department.
- Supervise and train employees as well as initiate personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
- Ensure the leadership is kept informed on the conditions and operations of the department and prepare various reports including monthly reports for analysis.
- Respond to premium billing or agent commission inquiries and assist others concerning billing as well as ensure appropriate approval for refund payments.
Who we're looking for:
Skilled insurance industry professionals with 5 years' experience in the maintenance, analysis and reconciliation of billing, auditing, claims, or underwriting of insurance. Guidewire knowledge and experience is a plus! Business office professionals with 4 years' accounting experience are encouraged to apply. A high school diploma/GED is required and a bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
