Executive Planning & Administration Lead (Administrative)
Lead executive assistant activities for the USCAN regional leader, including, but not limited to: calendar management and trave.l
Work with the USCAN regional business leadership team to help build an engagement strategy for the team located in Glendale, WI. This strategy should help drive and reinforce the unique character and strategy of the Clarios US Canada business, while remaining true to Clarios mission and values. Additionally, this role should collaborate with the rest of the Glendale office to support location specific activities (i.e. service recognition). The type of work this will entail includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Driving, enabling, and coordinating ongoing USCAN Town Hall, ‘fireside chats', affinity group activity and other programming
Leading, executing and continuously improving Glendale-based Customer and Supplier events for the USCAN Aftermarket team
Partner with talent acquisition to help coordinate and support on-site recruiting and interviewing activity
Partner with other team members in Glendale to developing in-office, family and community programming that increase and sustain engagement for Glendale and virtual employees consistent with our business strategy and corporate identity.
Maximize the power of our physical assets – rally space, displays, social areas, massage chairs, engineering lab and other – to drive engagement and broader business impact for the USCAN regional team members
Maintain a consistent visual identity in public spaces to support US-Canada objectives
Coordinate merchandise ordering and mailing associated with USCAN strategies and engagement. This will involve working with team members at the plants
Support community and engagement activities at the plants as needed including taking the lead on logistics.
Operate a Visitor Command Center responsible for delivering a consistent and outstanding experience to all Clarios Corporate, BOD, Investor, Governmental, Media or ‘VIPs'. Ensure visits factor the work, schedule, and requirements of the manufacturing facilities. Work closely collaboratively and effectively with VIP staff, plant personnel, corporate communications, and other stakeholders to ‘win together'. This will often involve working and collaborating with other Glendale team members (i.e. Executive Assistants, ELT members, USCAN leadership team members, etc).

Required
Must have demonstrated proficiency in using a variety of office/desktop solutions including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) – SharePoint and Workday experience is a plus
Past experience working in professional setting providing support for executives
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information ethically and responsibly
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate confidence in communicating with all levels of the organization
Experience in managing projects across functions/teams
Preferred
Undergraduate college degree
