Job Description

This position will be on-site at our Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO.

The position will play an integral role in assisting the Partnership Success team, specifically assisting with the Product Marketing Strategy and Events teams, as well as other day-to-day tasks.

Upon completion of the role, you'll have experience and knowledge of strategic campaign planning and execution, event planning and execution, the financial industry, credit unions, and more!

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with managing and distributing event tickets for key partnerships, including tracking usage and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the organization and packing of promotional items and swag for events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Help maintain inventory of branded materials, replenishing supplies and assisting with reorders as needed.
  • Conduct research on potential partners, sponsorship trends, and industry best practices to support strategic planning.
  • Attend partnership events (as needed) to support onsite logistics, guest experience, and team execution.
  • Assist in maintaining internal tracking systems for activations, ticket allocations, and fulfillment.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table - we love creativity and a proactive mindset!
  • Support the Partnership Success team in day-to-day tasks
  • Other duties/needs as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

  • General writing skills.
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft Office products.
  • Comfortability with technology.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
  • Candidates will be entering their Junior or Senior year (preferred)
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (preferred)
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
  • General computer skills are required as well as some administrative experience.
  • Ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.

Additional Information

Schedule:

  • Intern may work full-time during the summer months May - August. Daily schedule is flexible based on the candidate's availability. Minimum of twenty hours per week and up to thirty.
  • Intern may be required to work morning or evening events, schedule will be adjusted to ensure thirty hours per week is not exceeded.
  • This is a great opportunity for a junior or senior level student to learn the inner workings of an all-encompassing Partnership and Events department.
  • This position, like most internships, has the possibility of transitioning into a career opportunity within the organization.
  • The internship will not exceed 90 days.
The pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour.
